Elkan was founded in 2002 as Elkan Enterprises, LLC, designed for flexibility during our formative years. By late 2025, following a comprehensive tax audit and structural review, we will transition to Elkan Investment Inc. This step is more than administrative—it reflects the growth of our platform, the maturing of our oversight processes, and our alignment with institutional standards of governance. 

We embed accountability into our governance through board-style oversight, annual tax and compliance reviews, and documented investment policies. Independent audits strengthen the credibility of our reporting, while formalized governance processes ensure that investment decisions are evaluated with discipline. Select allocations are also tracked through on-chain verification, underscoring our commitment to transparency and responsible innovation. The shift to n structure builds on this foundation by formalizing oversight in a way that is recognized by institutional partners, without changing our family office mandate.
