We are seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategy and evolution of Elkan’s investment and risk technology platforms. This leader will scale systems that support multi-asset trading, portfolio analytics, and post-trade operations while strengthening governance and controls in a rapidly evolving regulatory and market landscape.

You will partner directly with executive leadership, portfolio managers, technologists, and external providers to create infrastructure that amplifies Elkan’s competitive edge. This role reports to the Head of Investments and will build a small, high-impact product team over time.

• Develop and execute a multi-year product roadmap for investment and risk technology, aligned with firm strategy and expansion into new asset classes
• Lead full product lifecycle: discovery, design, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization
• Translate investment and operational needs into clear product requirements, resource plans, and measurable business outcomes
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, and scalable workflows across the entire trade lifecycle
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring platforms and processes remain compliant and resilient
• Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to solve complex operational challenges
• Leverage analytics to identify risks, strengthen controls, and reduce manual intervention or operational exposure
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and data/operations service providers, including capability evaluations and contract oversight
• Present clear strategy recommendations, risk assessments, and progress updates to firm leadership and investment committees
• Document processes and knowledge resources to ensure transparency and continuity across product initiatives
• Coach and develop talent to build a results-driven product culture rooted in accountability, curiosity, and innovation
• Promote a strong risk-aware mindset in every product decision

• 8+ years experience in financial services, with success delivering and scaling technology for investment or trading workflows
• 2+ years in product leadership, with strong coaching and team-building capabilities
• Deep understanding of derivatives, investment operations, and post-trade lifecycle
• Experience with trading, risk, portfolio management, or collateral management platforms is preferred (e.g., Bloomberg, Aladdin, ThinkFolio, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across both technical and executive teams
• Strategic judgment and a bias for action in dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
